I found that sometimes, but not always, SVG export from Impress loses the
slide's background color.  The attached slide "test.odp" has a blue background
which is lost on SVG export.  I made it by gradually simplifying a complex slide
that was imported from PPT.  In contrast, "test_good.odp", a similar simple
slide, exports correctly.  I'm not sure what the key difference is.  I do know
that something's weird about the font size in test.odp.
