please remove /gl/downloads/OOo_2_2_gl.iso,v completly, it was committed
erroneously and causes cvsup to fail

there is still a nfs lock file -> .nfsED839A

We have analyzed and found that the nfs lock file is not created by the CEE
application. When our team was deleting the OOo_2_2_gl.iso file as per your
request, some user from your end was reading or accessing that file which has
created the .nfs file in the cache memory. 

Please let me know if you have any clarifications.
