Attempting to send mail from the forum package at user.services.openoffice.org
has been resulting in the sendmail error 20999 - "unable to qualify my own name"

the actual error message on the console when I log onto the server is

user sendmail[20999]: [ID 702911 mail.alert] unable to qualify my own domain
name (user) -- using short name

Send mail is now working as of ~11:30 AM (CEST)
