Microsoft Windows XP Home SP2, Chinese traditional-character version.
OpenOffice Impress 2.3rc3, Chinese traditional-character version.

1. Open the attachment.

2. Save it as PPT and re-open it.

3. Tabs become misaligned.

Set to new and change the target.

I can reproduce the bug in src680m236

While typing tabs, it is also observed sometime that the
curson appears to be put at the wrong place, e.g.:
a<tab>b<cursor>c

instead of:
a<tab><cursor>bc
