- the file type registration for xcu files in OOo 2.3.1 / SO8 is displayed for
OOo 1.1 or SO7
- registration should be for OOo 2.x or SO8

The version is coupled with the variable SXWFORMATVERSION and not with
PRODUCTVERSION. Therefore the older value appears.
It is written into the windows registry:

"%PRODUCTNAME %SXWFORMATVERSION Configuration File"

and SXWFORMATVERSION is "1.1" and "7".
