1. create a writer document;
2. open "page style" dialog;    //Format->Page...
3. at the right bottom cornner of the "page" tab in the dialog.

There is a ComboBox labeled "Reference Style". In Chinese version of OOo, it's 
translated to "说明文段è½æ ·å¼". That's not correct. It should be "å‚考段è½æ ·å¼".

How about å‚考样å¼? It seems that the style is not limited to paragraph.
