This document locks Writer.  Tested on Linux and then second on Win32 with same
results.

On Mac in OOG680_m5 here, the document is opened, no lock. But:

- the first half of the page is gray (not gary as in gray document, but as a gray background)

- after scrolling ot page 2 and back, the display is again normal

- no locks, I can scroll to the end and also back.

In SRC680_m238, it works OK.

Yes, I can also see the lock / loop with OO 2.3 on Linux.
But in OO 2.4 current dev build it is already fixed. See issue 81146; by this,
enhancements for Writer's layout engine have been implemented.
