Automated test: f_updt_wizard_mailmerge.bas

The autotest registers three addresslists. None of them cause the "OK" button to
get enabled.

Two of the lists are external files, one is created using the mailmerge wizard.

Please use Windows for reproduction (though it has been seen happening on other
platforms as well) and the quickest way is to run the autotest. If possible use
a src680m238

There was a file mailmerge_data.odb.lck that prevented (locked) the access to
the odb-file. This can be seen when trying to access the data source in the data
source beamer.
The third data source enabled the ok-button but the test didn't care for it.
