I have attached a PDF that shows the link that has the issue marked in a red square.

Only this thread appears to have the issue. Older mails, don't have the issue. I have not come across the 
issue on other mailing lists.

Hi

After a research on this case, our engineers found that this is a known bug and
for your information this issue is already fixed in our next collabnet release
CEE 5.0. I would recommend you to upgrade the site to 5.0. Upon your acceptance,
i shall forward the request internally to proceed with the same.

Hi Louis

This issue is already being looked up by our engineers internally and they have
considered this defect to be fixed in the CEE release named Rubicon.

Marking this issue as Application Defect Reported. Support will continue to
monitor the issue internally and review it in the corresponding release.

CollabNet Support is currently reviewing the issues under Resolved-Later. If the
issues are fixed currently in any of the present CEE releases, then it will be
marked as Resolved-Fixed.

There might be a few issues which might not be in our future roadmaps which
might be closed as Wontfix unless it does not lie under any custom request.

This has been fixed & verified in Discussion Services starting from CEE 5.0
