Description ydutrieux 2007-12-17 11:32:59 UTC
In version 2.3.x and 2.4.x m239,
shadow applied to table is not visible (nothing displayed to screen).
A space seem to indicate that shadow is there but not displayed.
Comment 1 michael.ruess 2007-12-17 15:52:02 UTC
I cannot see the problem; table shadows will be displayed fine (using 2.3.1 and
2.4.x on WinXP). Could you perhaps attach a document which shows the problem?
Thanks a lot!

Table shadow invisible.
Comment 3 ydutrieux 2007-12-17 16:12:57 UTC
If I create a new document, you're right : shadow are working correctly.
If I select table on my document, and copy-paste it to the new document , all is
ok ?

So : Problem with the document ?

MRU->FME: see attached document, it contains a table in a header. The shadow of
this table will not be shown. With this document, this worked last in OO 2.2
(for sure) or even 2.2.1 (not sure - couldn't test that build).
Comment 5 ydutrieux 2007-12-18 10:24:20 UTC
Hi,
I can confirm that with 2.2.1 version, shadow reappear :-)

Apparently this is due to "Merge adjacent line styles" which is not check.
Comment 8 bmarcelly 2009-03-30 10:36:56 UTC
-> es
Probably, because I just found that the bug only appeared with my default template.
This template was created years ago, and "Merge adjacent lines" did not exist.

Setting a shadow should not depend on "Merge adjacent lines". This is definitely a
bug which changes the appearance of existing documents.
Comment 9 michael.ruess 2009-03-30 11:19:14 UTC
Removing "needmoreinfo" keyword.
I fully agree to bmarcelly and would add that the visibility of a table's shadow
MUST NOT depend on the "adjacent line style" setting. This is of course a bug.

Same as Issue 65935?
