In Oo-Draw a problem with paper sizes and "unit of measurement" appears.
It is NOT possible to create a draw in A3 (297 x 420mm) if "unit of 
measurement" is set to mm. If "unit of measurement" is set to back to inches it 
works fine. Maybe other Oo-apps could have same problem.

Can you set a size over 300 in any unit? If not, I'd  proposed this issue as
duplicate of issue 81809.
