Microsoft has recently released visual studio 2008 express (free) edition with
c++ 64-bit compiler - It's beyond my skills to wade through the ins and outs of
compiling ooo for 64-bit (my brief bit of reading on it left me with no doubt on
this). It would be great if someone with the necessary skills could provide a
vista 64-bit version of ooo

From what I gather, this is significantly beyond mere compiling.
