My OOoDev 680m239 (Windows) doesn't notify me about 680m241.

Build 9244 is the only OOo-dev build with active flag known in PUS. It should
notify.

JA->FMA: please have a look why it doesn't notify.

Update URL of m239 sends GET-param pkgfmt=native for Windows-build

But native is unknown as package-format, should be not used or in
('pkg','rpm','deb','_')

Please change this asap. thx.
