This actually found in OOo2.4 testing.
Test case 109293 in TCM:
1. Choose File -> Wizards.
2. Create different documents using Wizards.

expect:
The UI should be localized 
The documents should be created successfully using Wizards.

result:
File->Wizards->Letter.../Fax.../Agenda... are not localized. Include some 
characters and some date formats.
And the Letter Format is not Chinese format. 
 

ps: Please Add OOo2.4 in the "Version" field of IssueTracker.

This is not a locale data issue, but an UI localization and maybe
use-of-locale-data issue instead.

@sba: please reassign to the appropriate developer.

SBA->redflagzhulihua: 2.4 can get into the "Version" field only if it is
released. On the way to the release, the build number (SRC680m2xx and after the
code tree split OOH_m..) will be used.

Hi zhulihua,

I can see the strings in Wizards are localized in BEA300_m2.
Can you please confirm this?

And the letter format issue need to be considered as i18n.
If you confirm that the locazation issue was resolved, please change the
component to 'i18n' and reassign to the owner or file a new issue.
