Error in import.  E-Form document produced in Microsoft Word.

MRU->OD: see attached document, at the top of the document there should be a
frame containing a table. It is a floating table from MS Word, thus it will
currently be imported in a frame; otherwise it couldn't be displayed above the
top text border as in MS Word.
In OO 2.x the frame will be invisible (but listed in Navigator).
