Access Denied from certain IP Addresses

Hi, Whenever I tried to access openoffice.org (and netbeans.org also), I got following error messages. ---------- ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved While trying to retrieve the URL: http://openoffice.org/ The following error was encountered: * Access Denied. Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect. Your cache administrator is root. Generated Mon, 14 Jan 2008 12:42:59 GMT by cache4.sjc.collab.net (squid/2.5.STABLE3) ---------- Also, there was a issue report through Korean community that another user experiences the same situation. The fact that he uses the same ISP with me makes me guess that access is denied for one of the host in the route from the ISP to OpenOffice.org. jeongkyu -> st, The IP is dynamic and it was 222.234.44.135 at the time I tried to get traceroute information.

karthikeyan, I just got a feedback from the user who experiences the same issue. He mentioned that he got 'Your IP Address is:222.237.123.163' from whatismyipaddress.com. Please check the above IP address in your blocked list. Best, jeongkyu

Hello, My ip address was changed and I could not get back to old one. Please check my new IP address 222.234.44.163 and remove it from the blocked list. And it is ok for me to block my old IP address 222.234.44.135 again, if you need.
