We removed the sub tree api/www/common/ref from CVS and recreated it because the
archives were party destroyed.  But the website still shows the ancient stuff
from the old archive.  Please remove all files in this subdirectory from the
webserver and checkout freshly.  Thanks.

p.s. It's high prio because I get more and more calls, mail and some issues
about the outdated reference manual pages.

Done.

I backed up the old ref directory that was at
/usr/local/tigris/data/helm/htdoc/api/www/common and did clean checkout.  Tested
by poking w/ the browser.  Looks like a global index is showing fine.  

Someone needs to confirm that it is indeed the wanted new index and close this
issue if alls correct.  Thanks.

Sorry, I had to wait from a statement of a colleague in vacation.  I should have
written some examples of wrong docs as comments, but I haven't. Now everything
looks fine.
