the tesscript environment ships an old sun report-builder extension (1.0.0) that
does not work with OOo 2.4. (All report-builder functions are disabled,
b_ubdt_report_designer.bas fails with 9 errors).

replace base/level1/input/sun-report-builder.oxt with a more recent version
(tests ar ok with version 1.0.2 taken from pavel's most recent build)

found reportbuilder extension v1.0.2 in cvs -> verified
