On CWS sb83, the unqualified call of crash_report via system(3) at
sal/osl/unx/signal.c:1.35 l. 651 appears to be the only remaining reason to add
the OOo (basis layer) program directory to PATH in
desktop/scripts/soffice.sh:1.28.34.10 and desktop/scripts/unopkg.sh:1.6.34.8. 
(A similar unqualified call in svx/source/dialog/sendreportunx.cxx has been
fixed in rev. 1.5.636.1.)
