Es soll abgestimmt werden, für wen das Team de.openoffice.org arbeitet.
Es geht um eine Zielgruppendefinition.
Diese sind  auf der homepage beschreiben. Die frage ist .. wollen wir uns
tatsächlich um diese Gruppen kümmern?

Befragung erfolgt über dev@de.openoffice.org
Der Issue dient nur der dokumentation der Arbeit

Nach Heftigen Diskussionen, aber wenig konkreten Antworten ergibt
sich, dass es sehr unterschiedliche Meinungen gibt. 
Eine konkrete ausrichtung auf Zielgruppen wird oft mit der Begründung
abgelehn, dass die Community dafür nicht genügen Resourcen hat.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
