The functionality of moving the order of sheets by dragging the sheet tabs at
the bottom is no longer working in the Aqua version of OOo.

To re-produce, open a new spreadsheet and attempt to drag any of the sheets from
the bottom tabs into a different order.

This functionality works in OOo 2.3 in Windows and in Mac X11.

Drag'n drop will be implemented for Aqua with #i79620#, which will be integrated
in the next build (SRC680m248). So this is a duplicate
