Description joachim.lingner 2008-02-22 10:38:42 UTC
Add an extension, then right away disable it an enable it. This will bring up an
error box, reading that a Provider is already inserted. The extension cannot be
enabled anymore. After restarting the office, it can be disabled.

Can not reproduce with 2.4-RC1 on Windows XP.
No error box, extension can be enabled and disabled as I like.
Comment 2 joachim.lingner 2008-02-22 11:25:23 UTC
The extension needs to contain type library (.rdb). One can use for example:

desktop/test/deployment/update/publischer/pub1.oxt

So nice you have that. ;-)

Would you please name one which is distributed charge-free?
Comment 4 joachim.lingner 2008-02-22 12:29:56 UTC
All test extensions in the framework/desktop project. They are in the subfolders
of desktop/test/deploment

Thank you for pointing to the file.

I've tested again and can't see any error box. Disabling and enabling does no harm.
