We need a new document properties page: custom properties. It will replace the
old user "User Defined" page and its "Info" fields.

TabPage Custom Properties doesn't allow to go further, if Type is set to Date or
Number and the Value Field is empty.

pb: properties without name and value will not be saved. Number- and
Date-Properties with a name but without a value will not be saved too.

I'm still seeing the behaviour reported by pb (Mon Mar 10 12:52:36 +0000 2008)
that "Number-Properties ... with a name but without a value will not be saved
too." This is with OOO310m11 (Build:9399) on ubuntu. Should this be opened as a
separate issue?
