When you start the smoketest, you can see the follow message at the shell:

See /usr/include/servers/bootstrap_defs.h for the error codes.

Actually I can't neither in MacOSX 10.4 nor in 10.5. Could this be a problem
local to your machine ?

What is the problem? Do you get an error message?
