Hi,

I'd like for members in the "website" project to be able to request "Developer"
role from the membership request page at
http://website.openoffice.org/servlets/ProjectMembershipRequest

How can I enable this?

Reassign issue to owner of selected subcomponent

Hi,
roles can be made requestable only for all projects at once not per 
project.
According to our guidelines 
(http://www.openoffice.org/dev_docs/guidelines.html) developers are 
nominated and developer status is not requestable.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
