It seems that

http://marketing.openoffice.org/contacts

is automatically being completed to

http://marketing.openoffice.org/contacts.html

but I can't find where this is configured. Seems that no .htaccess file exists.
Why is this page (and only this one) being autocompleted?

Hi,

I had checked with our internal team and there is no URL redirect for this
project. In this issue, branding did not work because .html file is not invoked.
This is not specific only to contacts, please try to invoke for any other link
in the left nav ( for ex Join Us) to see the same result.As always, please feel
free to get back to us for further queries.

Thanks for the feedback. I don't get the point - "Join us" works fine. What I
wonder is, where does http://marketing.openoffice.org/contacts come from? This
directory doesn't exist in CVS...

Hi,

It looks like a "static" HTML page to me. Please navigate yourself to "www"
repository and view contacts.html file. Please correct me, if i am wrong.

Yes, that's true. But why can I reach /contacts.html as /contacts ?

Hi,

There is no rewrite rules governing the auto completion of contacts to
contacts.html. When invoking contacts, the system considers the file of type
binary and the contents of it is displayed. We were able to turn off this
multiview only site wide. 

   I am afraid, turning it off might affect the Help contents as well. Please
let us know, for further assistance.
