On the page: http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/project_issues.html the
filing issues link does not function as it is supposed to.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/project_issues.html into a web
browser.
2. Scroll to top of page.
3. Click "Filing Issues" link
Result:
Page does not change.
Expected Result:
Page should scroll to the "Filing Issues" section.

Suspected cause of problem:
The filing issues section is assigned the name "finding" (HTML source is: <h4><a
name="finding"></a>Filing Issues</h4>)
The link at the top of the page uses the anchor "filing".
These two things are supposed to be the same.

Suggested fix:
Change the HTML
<h4><a name="finding"></a>Filing Issues</h4>
to
<h4><a name="filing"></a>Filing Issues</h4>

Confirmed.  Looks like mismatch in HTML source between "finding" and "filing"
