The attached document contains 16 images linked into the document.
The URLs are pointing to places (http://example.com/test.png) which do not exist.

Bug: After loading the document it takes an enormous time, with no user
feedback, to get the document up for work. From an users point of view it seams
that ooo freezes.

The non-blocking load of graphics in OO 2.3.1 is broken (see issue 85717). Fixed
in OO 2.4.
