mail from smtp.1blu.de seems to get blocked

I've got reports from a user that he can't send any e-mail to our mailing lists, but doesn't receive bounces either. It seems that mail from smtp.1blu.de gets blocked, although I can't find them on any RBL list. Can someone check if there are such log entries? 1blu is a German webhoster.

Hi, For us to proceed working on this issue we would need the following details : 1) A copy of the E-mail (with headers) that was sent by you to the mailing list . 2)A copy of the mail logs for the day showing the outbound messages. As the header contains sender information, can I send the headers to you privately?

Thanks a lot! It could also be an issue on the sender side, but I don't know. I don't have root access to the sender server (nor does the sender, it's a large SMTP by a German provider). I just want to see if the issue is on our side or not.

Florian, Apologies for the amount of time spent on the issue however we have not found any relevance of mails getting blocked via smtp.1blu.de . Please provide the name of the user or email address to investigate further . Thanks Jobin
Thanks for investigating! This is quite strange, but in this case, I'd suggest to the user having the issues (he does not have an OOo account yet) checking with his ISP. I did a quick lookup of blacklist entries for smtp.1blu.de but didn't found one myself.
