This is a follow up on issue 87798 (disappearing macro float).
It might be related to issue 87457 (Macros moved from "OpenOffice.org Macros" to
"My Macros")

Reproduction
- Record a macro
- Stop recording by removing the checkmarker in the Menu (Tools/Macros/Record Macro)
- Try to save the macro anywhere
-> Either you cannot create the required library/Module or - if you succeed by
storing to the document - the macro is lost.

Lowering prio to 2 as this needs a little more tinkering around - the
reproduction does not always work

Macros can be stored again, though i submitted issue 90797 for the now again
broken Run Macro dialog.

Setting invalid.
