Windows:
- remove Win98 and Me from system requirements
- 'Ai Squared ZoomText 7.11' AFAIK no longer supported?
Solaris:
- Solaris 8 is still supported?

Please verify

Changes made:
- Changed required glib version to 2.3.1 for Linux
- Removed Win98 and ME as supported systems
- Set minimum Solaris to 9
- Removed Solaris 8 patch lists
- Adjusted MAC sys requirements
- Removed support for AI Squared Zoom Text
- Adjusted link to User FAQ
- Added link to A11y info on the wiki
