Two small suggestions to the print dialog in OOO.

1. 
When selecting the option Pages under print range, focus should move to the 
textbox and select the text in the textbox. Right now focus just changes to the 
textbox.

2.
How about always enabling the pages textbox, so that you might start typing 
here, and then the pages option would automatically be selected for you.

1. correct

2. Don't think it's necesarry. I find easier to click on Pages radio button then
type pages, rather than click on pages textbox, delete current number and type
what I want. Even if I don't delete, it's still one click, same as 1.

Marking as new. Maybe target could be OOO 2.0 ? 
Note: this should work for all print dialogs, not only writer.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
