I installed BEA300m2 on WindowsXP
According to http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/OOoRelease30 BEA300m2 is
the to-be-Beta
During the installation it is partly named "OOo-dev 3.0", "OOo-dev 3.0 Beta" and
the logos say "Openoffice.org 3.0 Beta"
I can provide screenshots if necessary.

no, if we decide on monday release status meeting, we will provide the
OpenOffice.org install set instead of the OOo-Dev installation set as the final
beta. The OpenOffice.org install sets use OpenOffice.org instead of OOo-Dev as
product name. joost will upload then the final install set for beta.

Closing this issue as invalid. OOo-Dev build and OpenOffice.org build share the
same source. An OpenOffice.org build will be used as Beta not a developer
snapshot build.
