Formula to point to different sheet is not working on the Split Sheet at BOTTOM
RIGHT Quadrant

Steps to reproduce:
1. Divide sheet into 4 using split.
2. Click on any cell inside BOTTOM RIGHT Quadrant. The cell has to be within the
first two column from the center.
3. Type = , and go to a different sheet. e.g. Sheet3.E14
4. Result: you only get = , instead of getting the result from Sheet3.E14.
