A new service to import document properties from OOXML should be implemented.

There is a new service
::com::sun::star::document::OOXMLDocumentPropertiesImporter implementing
::com::sun::star::document::XOOXMLDocumentPropertiesImporter interface.

The service is used in the writer OOXML filter implementation and seems to work
well. So I set the issue to verified.

MAV->MRU: Could you please verify the issue. The import service is used by the
writer OOXML filter, so it is enough to test that the document properties are
imported correctly.

OC: Keywords are separated with comma even if there was none => will be fixed by
another task
verified in internal build cws_xmlfilter05
