Reproduction: 
- Install the report designer
- Open it
- Close it
-> Crash

Simplest way of reproduction is probably to just use the automated test.

I just noticed that almost any action on the report designer crashes the office.
We now have 50+ stacks, some on BEA.

Target to 3.0

I cannot attach the issue to the stack id, the tool refuses to cooperate.

Note for me: The problem has only been reported on several CWS, no results from
MWS exist at this time. Need to create references. Soon.
