A mac user from Korean community reported that Cmd+Space does not work for
switching IME while using OO.o 3.0 beta. The shortcut is default one for
activating Korean IME on Mac OS X.

He also mentioned that the shortcut worked fine when he assigned it for
spotlight, but not for switching IME. This fact may imply this issue is somehow
related to OO.o & IME.
