Hello Liu Jianli,

my superior had had a discussion with me. I'm sorry to inform you that after
looking at your patch contribution history I did not get a permission to grand
you CVS commit rights for my project. I could persuade my superior that I'm
allowed to further review your submissions and monitor your progress if you have
a more experienced developer at Redflag review your contributions and commit
them for you first. These reviews should focus on basic code quality and general
development issues.

If we feel that your contributions reach the needed quality and that no more
basic c++&development mentoring is needed for you my superior will reconsider
your request for commit rights.
