While applied a filter and i had past a value to filted cells the hiden cells 
value also changing

Please read our guidelines on

attach a sample document, contribute a clear step by step instruction containing
all observations (error messages ...), every key press and every mouse click how
to reproduce the problem, and explain why you believe that your results are

Fixed with CWS 'filteredrows' as of DEV300m10.
