This has been discussed in ja community before, and I believe OOo3.0 is the good
chance for doing this not small impact change.
The major reasons for this change are
- "HYOU(表)" is used for the translation of Table.
- The major competitive application uses SHITO(シート) for the translation of Sheet.

I think that I do not need to translate the name ("Sheet1", "Sheet2", "Sheet3")
of the sheet tab.

Fixed for Calc UI and Help on Pootle as follows.

- The translation of "Sheet" or "sheet" is "シート".
- However, default name of the sheet tab is "Sheet".

Default sheet tab name still appears  "シート" in CWS:localisation29 build
because keyid build shows the incorrect msgid.
I asked base team the correct msgid and fixed with Pootle.

I verified that this was fixed in OOO300_m3 build.
