Automated test: framework/update/f_updt_wizard_documentconverter

Broken between DEV300m14->m15

The test tries to convert a .sdw file into the current odf format.
As source a directory only containing one single sdw file is used, the wizard
claims not to have found any files within the source directory

document converter did not find ANY file, due to an incorrect change of the tools lib in m15

this has been fixed by ab in cws ab53

Add task to CWS userdatamigration as i'm fixing the wizards herein.

Closing directly as this issue only worked as a reminder to fix some part of the
testscript code.
