This could be fixed by sal/rtl/source/macro.hxx
OTOH it may be wrong to have CPUNAME=INTEL at all in solenv/config/sdev300.mk.
At least config_office/set_soenv.in seems to set CPUNAME=X86_64 for 64 bit Linux.

As a consequence of this issue sal's gen_makefile cannot distinguish between
linux x86 and linux x86-64. gen_makefile is used for generating pus (product
update service) information. So, we currently do not get correct pus entries for
linux x86-64.
