Description mrgumble 2008-06-14 08:55:33 UTC
First, I customized a short cut-key to the "font size"-function (under "Format").
When pressing the designated keys (Ctrl+Shift+P in my case), the dialogue window
for "Character" is shown. But instead of setting focus on the Size-field, the
focus is on Font-field.
It can be worked around by pressing Tab two times.
However, my preferable action for the "font size"-function would be that it
enabled selecting font size directly from the "Font size"-field in the
Format-toolbar. Similar for "font name"-function, that is selecting the font
from the toolbar (should this be in another issue?).

Well, I doubt that we will implement this feature one day...

Now that is a very depressing news.

But how about a Macro-solution? How can I instead access an GUI element via
OOo-Basic or Python?

This is a bug - shortcut key should direct to target.
After assigning Ctrl+Shift+P to Format - Font Size I get Character - Font Effects - Font color.
