if the heading rows has more then one lines (whose are wrapped using soft line
break), in table of contents those rows are wrapped too.

I thing the better solution of this situation is to leave entire heading as a
single line in table of content, without line break.

If the heading has a break, the table of contents should also show that break.
Why should this formatting be lost in a table of contents?
