When I start OOo 300m19, I get this error window:

Error loading BASIC of document
file:///C:/Utilities/OOo-dev%203/program/.../share/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/10.tmp_/Alt_search.oxt/AltSearch/Script.xlb.

General Error
General input/output error.

(Note: The error path has "/", not "\")

When I dismiss the window by pressing OK, I get another error:


Error loading BASIC of document
file:///C:/Utilities/OOo-dev%203/program/.../share/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/10.tmp_/Alt_search.oxt/AltSearch/Dialog.xlb.

General Error
General input/output error.

When I dismiss this second window also (by pressing OK), OOo starts.

How should I get rid of this issue?

Related observations:
1. I always specify C:\Utilities as installation path.

2. I had NOT specified a installation called "OOo-dev 3". Yet OOo has somehow
actually created this folder in my folder system. 

However, there are no subfolders in this folder: 
C:\Utilities\OOo-dev 3\program path has only one direct subfolder called
"resource". There is nothing BELOW that subfolder.

(In other words, the indicated path does not exist!)

Openoffice also has created another folder:
C:\Utilities\OOO-dev.
In fact, this is the main installation folder for OOo (360 MB of files are
installed here).
