(1) Start a new word processing document
(2) Enter some text
(3) Insert->Note, add some text
(4) Save as MS Word 97/2000/XP (.doc)
(5) Close document
(6) Re-open document, application will crash

Does not happen if step 3 is omitted.

Intel Mac running OS X 10.5.3

NeoOffice 2.2.4 patch 0 is installed, but not loaded when this occurs.
