Localized strings in Wiki Publisher extension are not displayed correctly. 

Observed in De (question marks instead of umlaut), Fr, Hu, Pt, PtBr, Sv and Ru
(where all chars are replaced by question marks - see attached screenshot).

@MAV: AFAIK the wiki publisher is not localized yet? Cannot reproduce.
Tested with DEV300m20_multi on Solaris 10, locale en_US and ru_RU, wiki ext v.
0.9.3 (from the OOo site).

- which version of the wiki extension are you using?
- which OOo version are you running?
- which locale on your system?

mav->es: The problem seems to appear in the newly translated version. I have
investigated the version from ¨extensionI10nfix01¨ cws.

mav->ihi: The localize.sdf file looks good ( at least the ¨ru¨ locale ). But in
the merged WikiExtension.xcu file many of symbols ( but not all ) in ¨ru¨ locale
are replaced with garbage ( according Mozilla ). DEV300/m19 even does not allow
to install the localized build of the extension since it contains help files
that are not UTF8.

So there seems to be a problem with the merge process.

->mav: I can not confirm , the wikiexetnsions.xcu looks good for "RU". Lets look
onto this together! The Korean localisation is broken!

the xcu files in misc/merge are good , in misc/package_tmp are broken ... Do you
process the files somehow on the way from merge -> package_tmp ?

mav->ihi: I have investigated WikiExtension.xcu from the misc/package_tmp. Yes,
indeed, after the merging process the extension name replacement is exchanged by
ant. Looks to be the reason for the problem.

Yes, my fault. I did not provide the encoding to the ant filter, so it has used
the system default one. Fixed.

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
