OOo-dev 3 Beta m21 crashes when modifying toolbar icons:
Customize toolbar/Modify/Change icon ---> crash!! The window OOo-dev Document
Recovery then pops up, etc. 
Same thing in m20 and m19.

The problem seems to be caused by OOo Write files that have become corrupted
after being created in OOo dev 3 m19, reworked in 2.4.1, and finally back in m
20 and m21. 
I can modify the icons in the toolbar when I do that with a new empty file, but
not when I am working with the (corrupted?) files. In this case, the program
crashes when I try to insert a note or modify the icon.
I attach a file where the problem happens
(I work with Vista, 3Gb memory)

I can't reproduce in current developer snapshot DEV300_m51.

I am not working with Vista any more. Currently, I have no problem in Ubuntu 9.0.1.
