Here is the templates directory, localized in Vietnamese. If possible, please integrate this in time for the 
3.0 release. I'm trying to localize the strings outside the GSI file, and I hope I'm finding them all.

vg: AFAI can recall, all the templates submitted were localized. I know I spent a long time going through 
them all, one by one. Sorry about the path: I was not sure where it was supposed to fit in, since it seems 
to be different in different builds (certainly in my Mac OSX builds). Would just the source control path be 
useful? Thanks very much for integrating them. :)
