Hello,

I don't know if this issue has been reported yet, I was unable to query this issue on this website though.

I found an error while using automatic syllabication in German with the OO Beta 3.0 for Mac OS X. 
Although syllabication is switched on, regularly some lines appear to not be working. In these lines, 
there seems to be a bug with the cursor, as well. It is displayed one or sometimes two spaces too much 
right of it's actual position. These issues appeared in a document that has been created with 
OpenOffice 2.x over a year on a Windows system.
